MJ The Musical has cast their King of Pop!
Broadway star Ephraim Sykes will take on the role of Michael Jackson for MJ The Musical.
He was most recently performing in Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations, a jukebox musical with music and lyrics by The Temptations. He’s also been in five other Broadway shows including The Little Mermaid and he was an original cast member of Hamilton.
MJ The Musical will feature Jackson’s best known songs, both as a solo artist and as a member of the Jackson 5.
MJ the Musical is scheduled to open Aug. 13 at Broadway’s Neil Simon Theater.
